“Pause to Consider”

Pause to consider

The Doctor and Mrs. Brain

Found a brain they couldn’t contain.

They named it Abby Normal

And tried to teach it manners formal,

But Abby would have none of it,

Shunned even the slight little bits

Of social manners and decorum.

Opting instead for the ugly forum.

One night Abby escaped.

Some say she ran to the cape

Or somewhere where she could hide

A place to display her pathological stride.

Now she attempts the rule the US

A tyrant ranting more and less

Throwing out decrees

Molesting as she please

Though none would ever believe

That the ugliness they perceive

From the man in the Oval Office

Has a brain full of Abby’s puss.
