“Weirdo anthem”

Weirdo anthem

I’m a weirdo, this I know /

Because the Blue Eagle tells me so. /

Up above the world so high /

Like a star that’s streaked you by. /

My little weirdness shines so bright /

All my neighbors can’t say good night. /

In fair or foul or stormy weather /

Friends may leave, but weirdos are forever.

Limerick: “Yankee Doodle Dandy”

There once was a Yankee Doodle Dandy
who with the girls thought he was quite handy.
So on the Fourth of July
he gave it a flag waving try.
They told him to come back when he had brandy.
