And WHY are you not sending in cartoons to publishers????? I didn’t know you had this talent for drawing (I knew about the talent for jokes). Here lies a gold mine.
Thank you for the kind words. I wanted to be a cartoonist before I wanted to be a writer. Once upon a time in my wayward youth (which still isn’t over, at least the wayward part), I sent a letter to Charles Schulz asking him if I could take over Peanuts when he retired. He sent me back a brief not thanking me for the offer and encouraging me to continue my interest in cartooning. I keep at it some. More so recently. Not a great deal of talent at it (or writing), but enough to be irritating.
