Ha ha – I like your definition. As for the typical description of writer’s block, I don’t believe in it. I think there is a more accurate word – procrastination. And yes, I do suffer from that, just like most writers.
Thank you for your comment. I’m not sure how I feel about writer’s block. I know at times I have been stuck on what to do next with a section of a story or novel, and have had to push my way through it, which was sometimes harder than others. I think a writer can try too hard, like an athlete, and in doing so, “choke,” become stymied, and can then feel like nothing works.
As for procrastination, yes I suffer from procrastination. That I know about all too well. Now, is there anything else I can say to keep from doing other writing work?
Oh, darn. Oh, well, I guess I’ll have to come up with something else….
