Some lost their minds, others their boots

People clustered into small groups,
Seeing their land throw up its roots.
Fighting against their fear,
Certain the end was near,
Some lost their minds, others their boots.

  1. Today I am showing my incredible 26 yr. old (quit…it’s not just that I’m his mother) and his wife your web page. I can hardly wait for their reaction. Jacob majored in Literary Studies and Communications and I consider him to be one of the most creative people I’ve ever, ever met. You are one of the others. He graduated 2nd in his college class at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT. OK….now I am acting just like his mother. I enjoy your writings more than you will ever know!!
